food fair , service was bad , waiter never checked with us for refills and desert , stood around and talked to people at another table for 15 minutes ,will not go back
Delicious Menu! You will not be disappointed. I came here after biking the Creeper Trail with family. First things first, the decor definitely will fool into thinking you are underdressed. Once you get inside and seated though you will quickly realize that even the best meals they serve are easy on the wallet. Stop by Riverfront Cafe for some good home cooking and small town atmosphere!
We pulled in the lot looking for a casual place to stop for lunch. My husband almost drive right through because he said it didn't look very casual and we almost certainly were not dressed up enough for such an elegant place. I urged him to stop just to see what they had on the menu. It was gorgeous inside with lunch specials for around $6 - $7. The food was delicious and our attire ended up being just fine. Don't skip the decadent desserts.
Stopped here to support a local business as we were passing through. I was highly disappointed by the hamburger patty(FROZEN). Fresh meat would go a long way to make a more enjoyable dining experience. The blackberry ice tea however was awesome. The staff were pleasant and attentive too.
Very unexpected food quality. A superior southern experience. Great steaks!
